Resolved. The Hosted PBX platform has been stable since the fix.

  • Start: 21:35 UTC on November 22, 2021 (first report)
  • End: 21:50 UTC on November 22, 2021
  • Cause: the server that hosts the Hosted PBX platform stopped responding; a restart restored it

The problem is fixed, and service was restored at 21:50 UTC. The server hardware that hosts our Hosted PBX platform fell out of sync and stopped responding. We restarted it, which restored the server and all services. We are monitoring.

We have an outage affecting our Hosted PBX platform. We are investigating. No restoration time yet.
