Resolved. Service in Whitehorse recovered at 22:00 UTC on January 13, after our engineers went on site to restore a piece of our equipment.

We have a service outage in Whitehorse, YT that may affect calls in and out of Whitehorse. Our carrier partners and our engineers are investigating. No restoration time yet.
