Dear Iristel Customers,

Please be advised that Iristel experienced disruptions with Call completion in Western and Central Canada. Some calls may have failed to connect or faced higher than normal setup time.

The issue was caused by a spike in call volume, received from the regional ILEC, causing a congestion towards our available interconnection trunks.

The call volume has now subsided, issue is considered resolved.
