Dear Iristel Customers,

Iristel's annual holiday embargo restricts network changes to maintain service quality during the period when technical resources are reduced and customer impact from issues would be highest.

Our brownout period is scheduled to begin on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 00:00 EST and will remain in effect until Friday, December 19, 2025 at 23:59 EST. During this time, only limited changes will be permitted. Please see the details below.

Permitted Activities:

Single port activations and disconnections
DID additions/removals
Non-routing configuration changes
Standard moves, adds, changes (no core network impact)
Pre-approved customer circuit installations

Requires Pre-Approval:

Any routing changes or modifications
Trunk group modifications
SBC configuration changes
Changes affecting multiple customers or services
Process: Submit change requests through normal channels by December 13, 2025. All changes require standard change management approval plus NOC sign-off.
