Our engineers are moving a media gateway to a new co-location facility, as part of ongoing network improvements.

  • When: 03:00 to 05:00 UTC on Wednesday, September 2, 2026
  • Expected impact: calls in east coast locations may drop. For some calls, reconnecting may take up to 30 minutes; others will reconnect through redundant routes.
