The cause is faulty hardware. Our engineers are getting a spare device, which will be configured and shipped to the site. Expected restoration: in 24 to 48 hours.

We have PSTN connectivity problems in the Moncton, NB area. The problem began at 12:27 UTC. Our engineers are working with our co-location provider to find the cause. No restoration time yet.
