Resolved. That carrier corrected a problem with its circuits, and all calls are working.

We are still investigating with that carrier. No restoration time yet.

Calls to and from one carrier's network in eastern Canada are failing. Calls with other carriers are working. The cause and the start time are not known yet. Our engineers are working on it.
