Resolved. Our media gateway is processing calls again after manual work in the data centre. PSTN calls are working, and first tests show no impact.

  • Start: 14:59 UTC on April 14, 2022
  • End: 17:40 UTC on April 18, 2022
  • Cause: the loss of one of the redundant provider links to our media gateways in St. John's; the gateway was restored by manual work in the data centre

We apologize for the disruption.

We are working with our provider in its data centre to restore our media gateway. With the provider's engineers, we are sending someone to the data centre to check the switch and its AC power and fix the problem. Some PSTN calls to and from the area may still fail or take longer to connect. No restoration time yet.
