Dear Iristel Customers,

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with our PSTN gateway in Saint John, NB. As a result, inbound and outbound calls involving the local ILEC may experience call establishment issues.

All other regions across Canada remain operational and are functioning normally.

We have a service outage in Hay River and Inuvik, NT and Whitehorse, YT. Calls in and out of these locations are affected. We have contacted our carrier partners. No restoration time yet.
