Resolved. The fibre cut has been repaired, and all services are back to normal.

The cause is a fibre cut on our partner's network. Calls to and from New Brunswick are affected. We are in constant contact with our partner. No restoration time yet.

PSTN calls to and from Moncton, NB may not complete. We are investigating. No restoration time yet.
