The utility's crews have entered the substation and found significant damage. The repair needs underground, construction and distribution crews. Expected restoration: 21:00 UTC.

The power outage was caused by a fire at a downtown substation of the local power utility. Our partner now expects restoration around 12:00 UTC. If service is not back by then, we are working with our partner on another way to restore it.
