We are upgrading the software on our class 5 voice switch.

  • When: 06:00 to 11:00 UTC on November 18 and on November 19, 2019
  • Expected impact: none; the switch is fully redundant.
  • What to do: if your SIP trunks use static registration, make sure both our primary and secondary SIP servers are in your configuration.
